  • Usage Limits: To be eligible, users must not have exceeded a 5-hour usage threshold on the software (measured by our internal tracking).
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days, you may qualify for a full refund.

 

 

Refund Process

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Excessive Use: Requests from users who have exceeded the defined usage thresholds will not qualify for refunds.
