14 days refund policy if product doesn't deliver, Doesn't  working in your metatrader platform. You can apply for refund in 14 days.

If the product doesn't deliver, does not perform or doesnt work, you can request a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to defect, you will need to send a screenshot and description of your issue to our email.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.
