Welcome to the Bismiproq Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview
This affiliate program allows participants to promote Bismiproq products and earn commissions. Affiliates earn a commission on every qualifying sale based on the rank and earnings structure.

2. Commission Structure
-Silver Level: Earn 20% commission on product sales.
– Gold Level: Achieve Gold by reaching $2,000 in earnings, receiving a 25% commission on future sales.
– Diamond Level: After accumulating $5,000 in sales, you’ll be upgraded to Diamond with a 30% commission.
– Platinum Level: At $15,000 in earnings, you’ll qualify for Platinum status with a 35% commission.

Each level is designed to offer increased earnings, and affiliates can also qualify for exclusive rewards and bonuses when they move up the ranks. These rewards are subject to meeting the program’s requirements and will be communicated via email.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must be 18 years or older, own a website, blog, social media channel, or other online presence, and maintain compliance with all local laws and regulations. Affiliates are required to register using accurate and valid information. False information may lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Payout Conditions
Affiliates can request withdrawals once they’ve accumulated a minimum balance of $100. Withdrawals can only be made for funds that have been available for at least 30 days, to allow for refund periods.

Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount, excluding any refunds, discounts, taxes, and shipping fees. Affiliates will only be paid for sales that have been confirmed and not refunded. If a sale is refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.

5. Refund Policy and Commission Adjustments
If a customer requests a refund for a product you promoted, your commission for that sale will be deducted from your earnings. This policy ensures that affiliates are only paid for successful sales. If a refund occurs after your payout, the negative balance will be carried forward to your future earnings.

6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time without notice if you violate our terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities, including:
– Promoting products using false advertising or misleading claims.
– Manipulating or attempting to manipulate sales or commissions.
– Using deceptive means to refer sales or misleading customers about product benefits.

Termination will result in forfeiture of any pending commissions and may include legal action if necessary.

7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using spam tactics to promote Bismiproq products. This includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited emails, using automated bots, posting in forums where it’s not allowed, or any form of black-hat marketing. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the program.

8. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must clearly represent themselves as independent promoters of Bismiproq products and may not imply that they are employees or direct representatives of the company. All promotional materials, such as banners, links, and text, should be accurate and comply with Bismiproq’s branding guidelines.

Affiliates should avoid making unsubstantiated claims regarding the efficacy or profitability of Bismiproq products, including indicators and Expert Advisors (EAs). Failure to comply with these guidelines can result in account suspension.

9. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that the tracking links they use are correct and operational. Any sales generated through incorrect or broken links will not qualify for commissions. Bismiproq is not liable for lost commissions due to improper use of affiliate links.

Affiliates must also ensure that their marketing efforts do not violate any platform policies (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Any repercussions due to policy violations on third-party platforms are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

10. Payment Methods
Payouts will be made via the selected payment method you provide during registration (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Affiliates are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payouts (e.g., PayPal fees, bank transfer fees). Bismiproq will process withdrawals on a monthly basis, and you will be notified of any delays.

11. Tax Obligations
Affiliates are responsible for understanding their own tax obligations and are required to report affiliate earnings according to the tax laws in their respective countries. Bismiproq does not withhold any taxes on affiliate earnings, and it is up to the individual affiliate to handle tax compliance.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Bismiproq reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the affiliate dashboard or communicated via email. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes have been made constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

13. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes between Bismiproq and an affiliate regarding commissions or other program terms, the matter will be resolved through negotiation. If a solution cannot be reached, Bismiproq reserves the right to make a final decision. Legal recourse should be pursued in the jurisdiction of Bismiproq’s headquarters.
